The aide is responsible for preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers, and maintaining a clean and well-stocked gym environment. They also ensure equipment is ready and patients are set up with modalities safely and comfortably.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED. A background in health, wellness, or personal training and enrollment in a pre-physical therapy or allied health degree track are preferred.
Preparing patients for treatment, assisting with transfers and transportation. Preparing equipment and treatment areas. Cleaning treatment areas and maintaining a tidy gym environment. Ensuring treatment areas are well stocked. Efficiently setting up patients with modalities to ensure safety and comfort.
