The Nurse Practitioner will assess the medical and mental health needs of geriatric patients to develop and implement proactive care plans. They are also responsible for prescribing medications, ordering diagnostic tests, and ensuring clinical compliance with regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an APRN or PA license and a degree from an accredited program. A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical nursing or rehabilitation, specifically with geriatric populations, is required.
