The CNA provides direct resident care and reports condition changes to RN or LPN staff. They are also responsible for charting in the POC system while demonstrating effective time management and task prioritization.
Candidates must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry and possess a BLS certification. Strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English are required.
Overview The OT Assistant is responsible for providing treatment for residents/patients under the occupational therapy plan of care as established by the therapist.
Also interacts with residents/patients, family members, responsible party and other health care team members, while maintaining standards of professional conduct. This position complies with regulatory standards of the American Occupational Therapy Association, the Department of Health, and any other professional guidelines or standards.
