The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide hands-on pediatric nursing care in home settings and coordinate post-acute needs with families and medical teams. They will also educate families, mentor other nursing staff, and serve as an advocate for complex patient cases.
Candidates must hold an active LPN license and current CPR certification. Experience in pediatric or home health settings, specifically with tracheostomy and ventilator care, is preferred.
