The clinician will provide individual and group psychotherapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to execute treatment plans. They are also responsible for conducting intake assessments and maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work and possess current California LCSW licensure. At least two years of post-licensure experience in clinical environments such as IOP or PHP is highly desirable.
Experience managing acute psychiatric presentations, including crisis intervention and safety planning. Ability to work autonomously while effectively contributing to a collaborative team environment.
