Community Care is hiring Part-Time Certified Nursing Assistants/CNAs for the Night Shift at our Sacred Heart site in Milwaukee, WI. Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Responsibilities
- Provide various care services necessary for attending to the personal needs
- Support the health of Community Care program members
- Serve as coordinator of care for scheduled weekend and holiday shifts
- Ensure care and service delivery are in conformance with regulations, policies, procedures, and standards, established by Community Care
Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA Job Requirements
- Education: High School diploma or GED preferred Wisconsin Certified Nursing Assistant license in good standing on registry
- Experience: Six months of experience providing personal care services for elderly or disabled adults in a group home, assisted living or long-term care environment and experience working with individuals with dementia.
