The Resident Assistant provides compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living to residents in an independent living setting. They are also responsible for observing and documenting resident status and assisting with the onboarding of new associates.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and hold a BLS certification. They must also be able to complete medication administration training and demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks independently.
