The Graduate Vocational Nurse will assist in providing quality care to residents by assessing conditions, administering medications, and implementing care plans under the supervision of an RN. They are responsible for conducting rounds, documenting clinical records, and communicating changes in resident status to physicians and points of contact.
Candidates must have completed an RN program at an accredited vocational school or college and be working toward their Registered Nurse license in Texas. Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
