The physician is responsible for delivering high-quality treatment services and managing patient care within a multi-disciplinary team. They will provide specific treatment modalities and perform case management duties.
Candidates must hold a Doctorate degree and possess a current Pennsylvania State Board of Medicine license. Additional requirements include BLS certification, PA DEA license, and DOT Medical Examiner certification.
Responsible for the delivery for the high quality of treatment services and for the functioning of the multi-disciplinary team through the provision of specific treatment modalities, including case management.
