Administering Immunotherapy

• Preparing and giving allergy injections according to established protocols and physician's orders.

• Monitoring: Observing patients during and after injections for any adverse reactions and providing appropriate care or escalation.

• Assessment: Obtaining vital signs, conducting medication reviews, and assisting patients with preparing for provider visits.

Documentation

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatments and progress.

• Management: Managing immunotherapy vials, ensuring proper storage and handling.

• Support: Assisting with triage of allergy-related calls and providing support to patients and other clinic staff.
• Safety and
• Infection
• Control: Adhering to all infection control and safety protocols.

• Qualifications:
• Clinical
• Skills: Proficiency in administering injections, monitoring patients, and recognizing adverse reactions.
