The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive hospice care, including physical assessments, medication administration, and the development of palliative care plans for patients in their homes. They will also coordinate with the interdisciplinary team and maintain accurate clinical documentation to ensure continuity of care.
Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current state license and at least two years of experience, preferably in hospice or home health. A valid driver's license, insured vehicle, and current CPR certification are required to perform home visits.
