The Mental Health Worker supports individuals in community and residential settings by providing personal care, guidance, and companionship. They ensure the health, safety, and dignity of consumers while following established Person-Centered Plans.

We are seeking a Mental Health Worker to join our team in our Montgomery County, Colmar, PA residential location.

Position Details

The Mental Health Worker

Interacts with and supports the individual in a variety of potential settings, including community, family or individual homes and generic community settings, as well as Adult Training Facilities (ATF).

Provides personal care, instruction, guidance, mentoring, companionship, and support, often across a 24-hour period, according to the individual's Person-Centered Plan/Individual Support Plan (ISP).

Provides a level of care that enhances the health, safety, dignity, and contentment of every consumer served.

Earn up to $19.23 an hour with the selection of enhanced pay.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • 1 year experience working in the Behavioral Health field/ population in a group home or a residential facility setting preferred.
  • Must have a valid and clean driver’s license.
  • Must be able to work full-time, 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm with a rotation of weekends.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver's license and one year of experience in a behavioral health or residential setting are preferred.
