Description *As a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse (LPN or RN), Provide advice & support to the Resident and their families. *Monitoring Resident and administering medications and treatment. *Document Resident Care services by charting in resident & department records. *Protect Resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols. *Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies.
*Should work well in a team environment. *Current License (LPN or RN) License in the State of Arkansas. *Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred. *Excellent communication skills.
