Market context
Arizona hospitals and clinical labs commonly seek Medical Technologists to support routine and specialized testing, so demand is typically tied to ongoing patient volume and staffing needs. This role is competitive because employers often prefer candidates with hospital laboratory experience and AMT or ASCP certification, while the sign-on bonus may help offset a tighter hiring market.
