We’re hiring Registered Nurses to provide direct patient care in our dialysis centers throughout Central Pennsylvania. As a dialysis nurse, you will support patients through essential treatments while ensuring safety, precision, and compassion. You will handle clinical procedures, monitor patient well-being, manage equipment, document care, and work closely with a dedicated healthcare team.
Unlike other healthcare settings, in dialysis, you see the same patients multiple times each week. You become part of their lives, track their progress over time, and see the direct impact of your care.
Paid training: No dialysis experience is needed. We provide 12 weeks of paid, comprehensive hemodialysis training and education to help you confidently transition into this specialty.

Monitor, assess, and support patients before, during, and after hemodialysis treatments.
Clinical
Procedures: Perform vascular access, collect and analyze patient data, perform laboratory collection, administer medications, and dialysis treatment.
Equipment and
Safety: Prepare and use dialysis machines, ensuring proper function and hygiene.
Documentation: Accurately record care plans and patient treatment data, and follow medical prescriptions and internal protocols.
Teamwork and
Education: Collaborate with teams, act as a Team Leader, support initial and ongoing patient and family education, and help onboard and train staff members.

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure and CPR BLS certification. A minimum of 9 months of experience as an RN is required, with preference given to those with chronic or acute hemodialysis experience.
