The Registered Nurse is responsible for coordinating resident care management, administering treatments, and supervising nursing aides to ensure quality standards are met. They must also monitor resident health status, document changes, and communicate effectively with physicians and families.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold a current Texas nursing license. Previous experience in long-term care is preferred, along with the ability to meet all state and facility-specific training requirements.
