The Histotechnologist is responsible for preparing high-quality tissue slides and maintaining laboratory workflow for diagnostic purposes. They must also assist in laboratory maintenance to ensure compliance with State, CMS, and CAP regulatory standards.
Candidates must hold an associate degree and have completed a certified clinical program in medical laboratory sciences in histopathology. Additionally, the role requires ASCP HT or HTL certification and 0-1 years of experience in a histology laboratory.
