The incumbent will receive training in providing care for individuals with developmental disabilities and assist in the implementation of active treatment schedules. They are responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly environment while ensuring compliance with health department requirements.
Candidates must have completed high school or equivalent and possess the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The role requires the ability to physically restrain individuals for safety, pass a background check, and work variable shifts including weekends and holidays.
