✔️ Implement treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT).
✔️ Provide hands-on therapy to support fine motor skills, sensory processing, ADLs, and overall functional independence.
✔️ Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic activities and home programs to enhance progress.
✔️ Maintain accurate documentation using our easy-to-use EMR system.
✔️ Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
✅ Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program (or expected graduation). ✅ Oklahoma OTA license (or eligibility to obtain, including upcoming board exam candidates). ✅ Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive. ✅ Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset. ✅ Ability to speak Spanish is a plus, but NOT REQUIRED – We provide interpreter support!
