Evaluation of patient and plan of care Documentation and follow up Working with Rehab clinical team members This position may float to other local facilities and work inpatient or outpatient

Required Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited College or School of Physical Therapy Bachelor's Degree Licensed as a Physical Therapist in Florida or able to obtain license before start Reliable transportation - this position may float to other Titusville area facilities
