The 4200 Complex Cardiovascular Unit serves a diverse population, with patients recovering from open-heart surgeries, amputations, lung operations, heart attacks and other critical medical concerns. As RN on this team, you will assist fellow caregivers in ensuring every patient has the best treatment experience possible. You will gain hands-on experience in complex medical concerns and technologies, providing an unmatched advantage within the healthcare industry. 00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m., including every other weekend and 3 holidays per year.
Participate in a residency core curriculum based on individual learning needs.
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach.
Establish and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity of need, patient preference and resource availability).
Respond to data indicating risk to patients’ health and initiate action to correct, reduce or prevent risk.
Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when unable to perform safely and independently.
Document in patients’ medical records
