Why you’ll love working at Appleseed Supportive team environment with accessible leadership Small caseloads to allow for meaningful, intensive work Integrated care model with collaboration across programs Flexibility and autonomy in your daily schedule Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Meaningful work that directly impacts your community What you’ll do Provide intensive home-based therapy and support to a caseload of 4–6 youth/families Deliver services in homes, schools, and community settings Provide crisis intervention and participate in an on-call rotation Assess safety concerns, risk behaviors, and develop individualized safety plans Utilize evidence-based approaches including trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and family systems treatment Support families in building communication, coping, and problem-solving skills Coordinate care with internal teams, schools, and community providers Advocate for clients and connect them to needed resources Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with agency standards Participate in supervision, team meetings, and ongoing training What we’re looking for Experience working with youth, families, and/or groups with behavioral health needs Knowledge of mental health diagnoses and DSM-5/ICD-10 Experience with or understanding of: Motivational Interviewing Trauma-Informed Care Crisis Intervention Family Systems approaches Strong commitment to client rights and ethical practice Preferred: Master’s degree with LISW or LPCC licensure Also considered: Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
