Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support children's physical, motor, and functional development in home and clinic settings. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and caregivers to monitor progress and ensure consistent care outcomes.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and a valid Texas Physical Therapy license. One year of experience is preferred, along with strong communication and documentation skills.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support each child’s physical, motor, cognitive, and functional development Provide direct therapy services in home settings, promoting skill carryover across environments Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes Recommend adaptive equipment or assistive devices and train families on proper use in daily routines Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed documentation, including evaluations, daily notes, and progress reports Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce therapy goals at home Work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated, holistic care
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program (DPT or equivalent) Physical Therapy License from the State of Texas One year’s experience preferred Excellent communication skills with an ability to establish trust and rapport quickly Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality in everything you do
