The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant will conduct comprehensive adult primary care evaluations and manage both acute and chronic health conditions. They will also coordinate specialty referrals, provide preventive care, and maintain accurate clinical documentation within a collaborative team environment.
Candidates must hold an active New York State license and registration as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner. At least one year of experience in ambulatory health care and current CPR certification are required.
