The EEG Technician performs EEG procedures to monitor and record electrical brain activity for diagnostic purposes. They work collaboratively with the Neurodiagnostic team to set up patients with necessary equipment and support physicians in identifying brain abnormalities.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of relevant neurodiagnostic or EEG experience. An associate degree from a CAAHEP-accredited END program is preferred, and BLS certification is required within 90 days of hire.
