The Family Peer serves as an advocate, guide, and facilitator for families, helping them navigate treatment systems and access community resources. They also organize support groups, provide crisis intervention, and maintain documentation for children and families enrolled in the Health Team.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and lived experience as a caregiver for a child or youth with mental or behavioral health challenges. A valid Oklahoma driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance are required.
