The Clinical Coordinator will perform patient assessments, administer injections, and conduct blood draws while ensuring accurate documentation and patient records. They will also assist with clinic organization and provide nutritional and treatment plan education to patients.
Candidates must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing and possess experience with venipuncture and blood draws. Strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment are required.

What You’ll Do Answer phones and assist patients with scheduling, questions, and follow-ups Check patients in and out while creating a welcoming and professional experience Perform patient assessments including taking vitals and preparing for provider visits Administer injections within scope of practice Perform blood draws for laboratory testing Assist with or perform clinical procedures within scope of practice Provide education on nutritional guidance, services, and products Support patients in understanding treatment plans and next steps Maintain accurate documentation and patient records Assist with clinic organization, stocking, and maintaining a clean and professional environment Contribute to monthly performance goals and team initiatives Collaborate with team members to create an exceptional patient journey What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who aligns with our core values: Work Ethic: Go above and beyond in everything we do Team Player: Positive attitude and supportive teammate Integrity and Character: Do the right thing Care, Kindness and Respect: Passionate about patients and our team with a no drama mindset Required Qualifications: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Experience performing venipuncture and blood draws Comfort working in a hands-on clinical environment Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and guide patients Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Previous medical, wellness, outpatient, or procedural experience preferred Compensation and Benefits Monthly performance-based incentives Medical Insurance eligible beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
