The Licensed Clinical Social Worker conducts mental health assessments, develops integrated treatment plans, and provides crisis interventions for patients. They also collaborate with a multi-disciplinary healthcare team to manage chronic emotional and health conditions.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program and possess a valid Texas Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license. Additionally, a valid driver's license and CPR certification are required.
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for integrated behavioral health services in compliance with applicable policies and procedures and other outside regulatory laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. This position conducts mental health assessments, develops integrated treatment plans, makes treatment referrals and conducts crisis interventions. Provides brief counseling for adults, adolescents, children and families and consults with patient's provider as a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
