The Occupational Therapist provides skilled evaluation and treatment services to patients in an outpatient setting. They are responsible for establishing treatment plans, educating patients and families, and maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
Candidates must hold at least a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and possess a valid Occupational Therapist license. Certification as a lymphedema therapist is required for this role.
Role Purpose The licensed or registered Occupational Therapist (OT) provides skilled occupational therapy services to patients including all aspects of evaluation and treatment.
