The Advanced Practice Provider will conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, manage psychotropic medication regimens, and develop individualized treatment plans. They will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide evidence-based care and perform crisis interventions for patients in distress.
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is a key member of our outpatient mental health team, responsible for providing comprehensive psychiatric care to patients with diverse needs. This role includes conducting evaluations, managing medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care in a supportive environment.
Education: Master's, Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Current licensure as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP or PMHNP-BC).
Minimum 2 years of clinical psychiatric experience (5+ years preferred).
Ability to build rapport with patients and collaborate effectively across teams.
