Market context

California per diem echo tech demand

California healthcare employers commonly seek echocardiographic technicians for hospital and outpatient cardiac imaging coverage, and per diem day shifts can be especially competitive because schedules often fill around patient volume and staffing gaps. Candidates with RDCS certification from ARDMS or CCI, current BLS, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent are typically stronger applicants. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your credentials and recent echo experience before applying.
