The Certified Medical Assistant provides clinical and administrative support to licensed providers, including patient intake, routine procedures, and EHR documentation. The Certified Medical Assistant in Primary Care is responsible for performing essential support to our licensed provider, assisting in delivering exceptional care to our young patients and their families. Your responsibilities will encompass a blend of clinical, technical, and administrative tasks, all performed in accordance with State regulations.
The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $23.00 and $24.00/hour; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Candidates must be graduates of an accredited medical assistant program and hold a current CMA certification from CCBMA or NCCT. A high school diploma is required, and 1 year of healthcare experience is preferred along with CPR and first aid certification.
