The Associate Veterinarian provides high-quality medical care, performs surgeries, and manages diagnostic workups for small animals and exotics. They are also responsible for building strong client relationships, maintaining accurate medical records, and educating clients on pet health.
Candidates must hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree with an active state license. Strong medical, surgical, and diagnostic skills are required, along with the ability to handle animals up to 130 pounds.

We have two practice locations 15 minutes apart in Ashburn and Brambleton with a strong, experienced team of veterinarians across both locations, including a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. We’re looking for a full-time or part-time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing, supportive team.
With two locations just 15 minutes apart, our practice offers easy access to care and a diverse caseload. We pride ourselves on delivering personalized medicine, from routine wellness to advanced procedures while maintaining a warm, welcoming environment for both clients and team members.
The primary purpose and function of the Associate Veterinarian is to provide the highest quality of veterinary care and exceptional client service. The Associate Veterinarian advocates for pets and their quality of life; builds a long term bonding relationship with clients; contributes to the development and maintenance of the human-pet bond; and educates clients on all aspects of pet health.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be available for scheduling during all hours the practice is open to support hospital operations.
