We are currently seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to serve children ages birth to three in Johnson Creek and Dodge County This flexible, part-full time opportunity allows you to make a meaningful impact during a child’s most critical developmental years. What We Offer

Competitive pay Flexible scheduling (1–2 days per week) Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunity to grow in early intervention practice Meaningful, family-centered work Your Responsibilities: Conduct developmental physical therapy evaluations for infants and toddlers Develop individualized IFSP-aligned treatment plans Provide direct early intervention services in natural environments (home and/or community settings) Address gross motor development, strength, balance, coordination, posture, and mobility Coach and educate families to support carryover in daily routines Collaborate with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members Complete documentation in accordance with county and state guidelines Qualifications: Active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license Pediatric and/or Birth to 3 experience preferred Strong communication and family-coaching skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for supporting children and families during early developmental stages Apply or call me with questions today! Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school with a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy. Certification or license as required by the State of Wisconsin or applicable state to practice as a Physical Therapist.

Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Wisconsin Physical Therapist license and possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy. Experience in pediatrics or birth-to-three services is preferred, along with strong communication and family-coaching skills.
