Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and monitor resident health status
• Work under the direction of an RN
• Collaborate with physicians, residents, and interdisciplinary team members to meet individualized care needs
• Support residents’ emotional and spiritual well-being in alignment with the community’s values Qualifications:
• Current LPN license in the state of Minnesota

Education Qualifications: This position will work the following: 0.6 FTE 8 Hour Shifts Permanent Evening Rotation: 2pm - 10:30pm Evening Shift Differential: $1.75 per hour The pay range for this role is $23.80 - $32.01 based off of previous LPN experience. Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure in the state of employment. Education as required for state licensure. Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or obtained within 3 months of employment.
