The Speech-Language Pathologist will conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders. They will also collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide therapy interventions and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and possess a valid license in the state of Colorado. Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
We are seeking a full-time, Part time and PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to join our rehabilitation team at Bear Creek Senior Living in Colorado Springs, CO. Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the expected compensation range for this position is $44.00 – $47.00 per hour. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
