Riverview’s Heart and Vascular Center was opened in 2004. The facility’s 14,000 square feet is solely dedicated to heart care patients. The state-of-the-art facility houses two fully digital cath labs. The stand-alone heart center has nine outpatient beds. Procedures Performed Heart catherterizations PCI or angioplasty/stents Pacemaker implants Defibrillator implants 24/7 Cardi Busy Independent, two-provider cardiology group Interventional Cardiology Call schedule – 1 in 5 STEMI and Cardiology call together 3 Independent IC that supports the hospital 2 Cath Labs.
