The Patient Care Assistant supports patients with activities of daily living and provides basic nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. They are also responsible for maintaining a safe environment for all patients within the unit.
Candidates must hold a High School Diploma and a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification approved by the state of Illinois. Additional requirements include BLS certification and a preference for experience in an acute care hospital setting.

The Nurse Practitioner focuses on providing general care to patients of all ages, with utmost patience, care, compassion and understanding. Perform tasks within their scope of practice which may include conducting tests, recording medical histories, providing treatments, assisting physicians and enhancing public awareness on the importance of health, and prescribing medications.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. MSN with specialization as an ARNP 2. Current state license as an Advanced Practice Nurse3. BLS upon hire and maintain current4. One to two years of experience as a nurse practitioner preferred.5. Previous experience with electronic health record.
