  • Key responsibilities include: Participating in the modification of the plan of care in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, considering each patient’s developmental needs.
  • Participating in evaluating patient responses to interventions based on expected outcomes.
  • Reassessing patients as outlined in the Nursing Standards of Care Policy and modifying the plan of care as needed.
  • Contributing to patient assessments by conducting focused evaluations.
  • Collecting and comparing patient data to previous conditions and documenting or reporting changes appropriately.

Qualifications

  • What We’re Looking For Licensure / Certification / Education Current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma required.
  • Current BLS required.
  • Experience One (1) year full‑ or part‑time (greater than 20 hours/week) hospital‑based experience required.
  • Basic computer skills required.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a current LPN license from the State of Oklahoma and a current BLS certification. At least one year of hospital-based experience and basic computer skills are required for this position.
