Location
Laconia, New Hampshire
Provide home-based care including medication management, gtube maintenance, and assistance with activities of daily living. Coordinate with physicians, document patient progress, and educate patients and families on care plans.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in New Hampshire. Requires at least one year of nursing experience and current CPR certification.
