The Community Training Specialist will provide mentorship and support to individuals with Autism to promote social inclusion and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities include implementing program goals, managing service plans, and ensuring the health and well-being of the individuals.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in the human service field, though internships and volunteer work are accepted. A valid Massachusetts Driver’s License is required, and experience with developmental disabilities or Autism is preferred.
