Certified MA or RN - IVF Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Medical Assistant or Registered Nurse IVF Coordinator for our location in Cumming, Georgia. We seek to fill this role with a nurse who will provide excellent and compassionate clinical patient care based upon the nursing process; being effectively involved with maintaining the standard of care for assigned patients through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Communicate with patients about medications, treatment plans, and test results.
Assist in ovulation induction, egg freezing, sperm analysis, IVF, and egg donation.
Perform exams, procedures, occasional phlebotomy, and administer medications.
Educate patients on treatment protocols and infertility procedures.
Act as a liaison between the physician and the patient.
Support retrievals, transfers, and pre/post-operative care.
Accurately relay lab results and maintain patient records.
Coordinate case management and schedule treatments.
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
Ensure regular attendance and handle additional duties as assigned.
Candidates must hold a valid state license as either a Medical Assistant or a Registered Nurse, along with BLS and ACLS certifications. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior experience in IVF or surgical settings is preferred.
