• Minimum Requirements – Master’s degree in a behavioral health field (social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, etc.) along with an active license in good standing as ascribed by your state and governing body.
• Proven + Passionate Drive – A love for and commitment to patient impact while also driving clinical outcomes as demonstrated by previous experience as a counselor, therapist, or social worker with patients who experience diverse issues.
• Collaboration Dedication – The desire to work as a team with a diverse set of behavioral and physical health providers to ensure “Whole Patient Care, Upfront and Ongoing”
• Growth Mindset + Agility – The understanding that to best serve patients in an ever-changing world, the most effective clinicians must be able to learn, grow, and pivot accordingly.

• For delivering exceptional patient care with industry leading outcomes, we promise to provide:
• Competitive Compensation Package – We offer competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision and EAP for any additional needs. 200+ hours of PTO / Holiday per anniversary year which increases with tenure. For those in the military reserves we offer 80 hours of paid military leave, and after one year of employment we offer 80 hours of Parental Leave for each birth/adoption.

Salary Range

• $52,000 - $71,520 annually (depending on experience, market, and bonus opportunities).
• Free to You Clinical Elevation – The road to independent licensure is simply part of your daily plan. You will receive no cost clinical supervision built in your workday.
• Industry Leading Professional Development – With a first-of-the-sector integrated care training program, we are committed to developing you into a marketable clinician of the future. Combined with financial incentives, we intentionally align dollars to support the growth of our clinician, an investment unseen anywhere else in behavioral health.
• Balanced + Accountable Culture – We deliver a culture where you will be able to provide excellent care for your patients while taking excellent care of yourself, all with a consistent 8-5 schedule. Patient impact is a priority while allowing our clinicians an opportunity to reset during the day and incorporate mindfulness into their ongoing routine without having to chart after hours. The biggest bonus? All our leaders are constantly coached on psychological safety.
