Therapists will evaluate patients, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals. They are expected to adhere to the company's code of ethical conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active state license. A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is required, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are also encouraged to apply.

Accredited Education: Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program with an active SLP license in the state of practice.
CCCs required, or be a CFY candidate.
Adhere to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct and all relevant state and federal regulations.
Strong Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. Flexibility and Team Collaboration: Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. Exceptional Communication: Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. Experience with Geriatric Population: Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations: Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
