The Physical Therapist will evaluate patient conditions, develop and implement treatment plans to facilitate recovery, and instruct nursing staff and families on necessary follow-through programs. Responsibilities also include communicating patient progress, assisting with scheduling, posting charges, and maintaining accurate documentation according to all regulatory requirements.
Candidates must possess a degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program and hold a current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered, along with current CPR certification. Strong organizational and communication skills are required, and the position is open to accepting new graduates.
