The Master Social Worker provides psychosocial services to patients, including assessments and counseling, to improve their quality of life and treatment outcomes. They collaborate with the healthcare team to educate and support staff regarding the emotional and psychological impacts of Chronic Kidney Disease.
Candidates must have a Master's in Social Work and the required state license. Additionally, 2 to 5 years of related experience is preferred.
