The Per Diem Residential Counselor is responsible for developing and implementing individualized service plans for residents, providing direct counseling, and supervising recreational activities. They also provide crisis intervention and transport residents to appointments as needed.

We are currently seeking a Per Diem Residential Counselor for our MCG Adult Residential program located in Union City, NJ.
Our Residential Programs serve individuals who are referred primarily from the State and County Hospitals and who are ready for discharge into the community. MCG has had success in moving individuals along the continuum of care available, progressing from A+ group homes to less supervised levels.
