OPPORTUNITY TCCH is growing and actively recruiting Dental Hygienist to join our Care Team within the Pasco Behavioral Health and Dental Care site. We are seeking passionate, driven providers who align with our values of Quality, Respect, and Service, and are eager to make a meaningful impact on the well-being of our patients through delivery of exceptional care. This is a part time position with a flexible schedule, minimum of 2 days a week, between the hours of 8:00 am to 6pm.
FUNCTIONS Perform duties within scope of practice as delegated by a dentist Maintain accurate documentation Comply with clinic policies and procedures Participate in dental and general staff meetings Demonstrate respect and regard for the dignity of all patients, families, visitors, and fellow employees to ensure a professional, responsible, and courteous environment Work on a team toward surpassing departmental goals and objectives across multiple departments and facilities
SCHEDULE / LOCATION Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Pasco WIC, Behavioral Health, and Dental Care site – 715 W Court St, Pasco, WA 99301
WAGE / STATUS $41.82-$47.10/hour; up to $54.10/hour This is a Union / Bargaining Unit position, non-exempt $10,000.00 Hiring Bonus (Based on FTE 1) At Hire: $3,000.00 At 180 days (6 months): $4,000.00 At 12 months: $3,000.00 Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full Time Equivalency (FTE) (Prorated repayment if separated within 24 months)
