Coordinates administrative support, office management, and public relations duties for the psychiatric acute care unit. Manages data collection for billing, reimbursement, and performance improvement activities while acting as a liaison for patients and external agencies.
Requires an associate's or technical degree and prefers two years of experience in a hospital behavioral medicine setting. Candidates should have a background in billing, marketing, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinates administrative support needs for all areas of the facility. Performs basic reception, office management and public relations duties. Coordinates data/logs related to involuntary detention for mental health patients being treated, including firearms prohibition reporting. Runs program(s) with moderate budget/impact.
