The role provides administrative and clinical support for cancer clinical research, including managing regulatory documents and scheduling participants. Clinical duties involve performing blood draws, EKGs, and processing biological samples.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for prior experience in healthcare or clinical research. Candidates must possess strong computer, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
Support Clinical Research Coordinators with daily study activities and protocol execution Perform a wide range of administrative tasks related to clinical research (50-70% of role) Assist with study start-up processes and regulatory document filing Maintain centralized data repositories (e.g., test article information, CVs, lab normal ranges) Schedule study participants and manage visit logistics Complete and maintain case report forms (CRFs) Manage laboratory kit inventory and supplies Upload and manage documents in systems such as OneNet or Study Management Sites Submit medical imaging and procedure data (CT, MRI, ultrasound, EKG, etc.) through secure portals Transport test articles from pharmacy to study participants as needed Perform clinical tasks (30-50% of role), including blood draws, vital signs, and EKGs Recruit, screen, and schedule study participants Process, handle, and aliquot biological samples Interact with study participants, including administering questionnaires and assisting with specialized testing (e.g., neurology assessments) Provide backup support to coordinators as needed
High school diploma required Strong computer, organizational, written, and communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Prior experience in healthcare or clinical research preferred Compensation $22.55 to $31.34 hourly
